But what sets Santaj apart is her unwavering compassion. She recognized an unmet need and seized the opportunity to make a difference. At Coffee Creek Correctional Facility, a prison for women, Santaj extended her hand, providing proper hair care products for black and brown inmates, becoming their distributor. Her products, more than just a solution, became a symbol of dignity and self-worth, passing every stringent protocol and earning her the highest honor.

Beyond the salon and haircare, Santaj Jacque’ has cast her influence even wider, founding “All Things Beauty Supply by Santaj Jacque’,” enriching her community’s beauty experiences.

In addition to her career, Santaj remains a devoted wife and mother to two teenagers. Her life is a dynamic fusion of family love and an unwavering passion for beauty. With over 20 years of experience, she continues to inspire others to embrace their inner and outer beauty.

Bio:

Brandi is the founding coach and owner behind Talent Career Coaching. She has a masters degree in Human Relations with an emphasis in diversity and development. Prior to opening her own business, she spent over 10 years growing, training, and developing successful teams in both the financial services and sports industries.
